Account & Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies and Indian IT data protection regulations, Appliqart provides customers full control over their personal data, including permanent account deletion.

Option 1: Delete Directly Inside the App (Instant)

Open the Appliqart app on your Android or mobile device.
Tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Delete Account & Data.
Review the warning details and tap Permanently Delete to confirm.

Your login session will be revoked immediately and personal profile data will be permanently purged.

Option 2: Submit a Web Request (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the application or do not have access to your mobile device, you can submit an account deletion request to our Grievance & Support Team:

Required Details: Your registered 10-digit Indian mobile number and registered customer name.

Deletion requests received via email are validated and processed within 48 to 72 hours.

What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained

Customer full name & profile information
Primary phone number & authentication tokens
Saved doorstep addresses & GPS coordinates
Marketing and notification preferences
Active session tokens & app cache

Retained (Statutory Requirement)

Past tax invoices for completed bookings
Payment transaction IDs and GST compliance records
Retained strictly per Indian statutory accounting laws
