• Dispatching verified technicians to your verified doorstep address.
• Sending automated SMS/WhatsApp booking confirmations, slot reminders, and digital invoices.
• Validating 30-day warranty claims and appliance maintenance history.
• Processing payments and refunds via RBI-authorized payment aggregators.

All digital payment transactions are handled directly through Razorpay Hosted Checkout using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Appliqart never collects, accesses, or stores credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

We do not sell, trade, or rent customer personal information to third-party advertisers or telemarketers. Customer contact details are disclosed only to the assigned, background-verified technician solely for coordinating arrival at your service location.
