Terms of Service

Appliqart provides doorstep repair, maintenance, installation, and inspection services for household appliances, including Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers (RO), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Geysers in Lucknow and designated serviceable postal areas.

Services are performed by certified, background-verified engineers. Service bookings placed via our customer web portal or mobile applications represent an agreement for scheduled doorstep inspection and repair.

Booking slots are allocated subject to engineer availability and postal code serviceability. Customers must provide accurate service address details and contact information.

Our verified technicians follow scheduled arrival windows. In the event of unforeseen delays due to traffic or weather conditions, customer notification and free rescheduling will be provided promptly.

All upfront pricing and inspection estimates displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any additional replacement parts required will be quoted to the customer before installation with authoritative rate cards.

Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay Hosted Checkout. Appliqart does not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials on its servers.

All completed repair services and OEM-grade replacement parts fitted by Appliqart technicians are covered under a 30-day doorstep service warranty from the date of completion.

If the same issue recurs within the 30-day warranty window, a technician will re-inspect and resolve the issue free of additional labor charges.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
