Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Customers can cancel any scheduled service booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time slot directly from the My Bookings dashboard.

Cancelling a scheduled booking releases the reserved technician slot immediately so other customers in your postal code area may be served.

If a booking is cancelled after our verified engineer has already arrived at the customer doorstep, or if the customer is unreachable at the scheduled address during the appointment window, a nominal doorstep inspection/visitation fee (₹199) may be applicable.

If the customer proceeds with the repair service upon inspection, the inspection charge is fully adjusted against the final service invoice.

For prepaid bookings completed online via Razorpay Hosted Checkout (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking):

• Refund is initiated on our backend immediately upon successful cancellation confirmation.
• For UPI and IMPS transactions, funds typically reflect in your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
• For credit and debit cards, banking networks standardly credit the refund within 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Instead of cancelling, customers can reschedule any appointment to another preferred date and time slot at zero additional charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled time slot.
